Clients
:
Clients can be added at the point of sale. Auto generated Client Code can be pasted on the product or mentioned to the client for future support transactions.
Service Calls:
Client codes can be entered directly or searched by area or name from the list of clients or a new client can be added instantly thus entering the call and generating the ticket number.
The ticket can be closed only if the call is solved / force closed with a reason
Annual Maintenance Calls (AMC):
AMC can be specified for an old customer or a new customer for the number of years specified by the admin as per the company policies. The period of
maintenance
checkup can also be provided. The products on AMC and the AMC amount along with notes can be allocated to clients.
AMC Reminders:
Reminders for AMC visits of clients never let you forget an AMC client who may be expecting you without reminding you. (Which is not his work – its your job to remember)
Reminders show up the AMC home page for clients who have their visits due for the whole of the current month. Reminders also show up on the Home page of the clients who have their visits in the next 5 days.
Expiry and Renewals:
Expiry reminders show up on the home page for clients who need a renewal - one month in advance. Renewals on a click of a button helps save time and impresses the client.
AMC Visits Report:
A Detailed report on the number of Calls / Visits done during the Contract Period reduces the margin of doubt for difficult clients.
Expenses:
Every organization incurs expenses to carry out service calls, now you can track the expenses incurred.
